How to Work with Branches?

Branches in a project play a crucial role in documentation creation. Similar to software development, each editor should work on an independent version of the documentation. While on a branch, you can manage individual articles by modifying existing ones, creating new ones, deleting articles, or changing their order or nesting.

At the end of the documentation modification process, switch to the "pull request" view by selecting the appropriate button in the branch list within the main menu. In this view, both the editor and publisher can review the changes made in the branch compared to the articles in the main, published branch. At this stage, make any necessary adjustments and cosmetic fixes to refine the details. Once this step is approved, you can merge your branch into the main branch, which will automatically publish the changes.
